Where my office is I have a guy like that. He is a total psycho. The county inspector told me he called on me for having a pond in my yard with two giant French Geese. He had a notebook of every time I left, when I came home, who came over and what time he saw the lights go off. Of course he was dumb as a box of rocks because his entire back yard is a junk yard! I have a big political sign on my porch and that’s what he didn’t like. He stopped his crap really quick when I was done “ talking” to him.

You have anything to ward off bad neighbors when moving out isn't an option? Two people tried to call the cops on him but some how he gets away with it. One of the renters couldn't handle him no more and killed herself in the bathroom. And he had the nerve to gloat at her door after the paramedics came for her lifeless body.
