Maybe write an ad in Hollyweird, for a Haunted Magickal Castle, in a nudist colony?
What’s wild is how fake the internet is. One guy on the article says he knows the owner, I don’t know him! One goes on about the taxes and another says it’s cash only. It’s not cash only because you can get a mortgage on it. It’s not about to fall down as the floors are marble downstairs and all the walls are solid stone. What does need repair is the second story balcony and it does need the tower part of the roof done. Someone said former nudist colony, no, you can still walk around naked as a bean but you can’t walk out naked to the main road!
Definitely needs work, but it has beautiful potential. Still haunted?
Looks like a lot of work inside and outside. It's nice it's so close to the water, this is where you were cleaning when not busy doing HC stuff.
I remember that story. Tho mind me with how property is nowadays if the spirit helps out splitting the expenses for accommodation in the middle then fair enough. Or if you just have a not so well known knack for letting the wandering souls or entities pass onto to a different place then it would be a real good way I guess to assure you actually have a place you can call your own by a huge underestimated price.
