Anabel the Gifter

This spirit is a gifter.  Her name is Anabel.  She is a human spirit that has been around for many, many reincarnations.  She will allow you to communicate with any sort of spirit or soul that you desire.  As a gifter she has the ability to absorb any energies or any magic with the spirits she comes into contact with.  She will then transfer those abilities to you.  She can contact human souls, vampire souls, djinn souls, Atlantean souls, etc.  There hasn't been a soul type that she has not been able to conjure.
