That was Marie Laveau’s Python snake, her pet. The snake would get information from this African deity named Damballah. That deity is extremely strong and powerful. Zombi was able to speak to any type of spirit and communicate what it said to Marie. Zombi is part of this piece. One of the things he does is go into the X’s. These are requests from people who marked them on her grave. Today you are not allowed to mark her grave at all. With all the X’s on it now there is something for everyone. If someone asked for her help in love or money Zombi can give that to you. Not to worry though because Zombi has all the connections of the greatest voodoo and Catholic saints and angels. 
To use this piece you would just ask for what you want. There is also another way to use it so I will give you both. The second way is to ask for what you want and then write three X’s on paper. You should hold or wear the ring when asking. This is sterling and a real gemstone it’s a deeper citrine and it’s known for its sparkle.
