This piece holds a sort of backwards Egyptian necromancy.  Instead of brining the dead back to life, it allows you to travel to the realm of the dead.  This magic has been sanctioned by none other than the God of the Underworld, Anubis.  When you wear this piece you are able to leave your mortal vessel in the form of your Ka-- one of the aspects of the Egyptian Soul.
