To be honest, there really isn't anything mysterious about this piece other than the magic that it offers you. Experts have yet to pick up on that part of the mystery. Our story begins in Moscow, Russia with the birth of a child named Alexander Pichushskin. Long story short, he was a seemingly normal child until one fateful day when he fell off a swing, bashing his poor little head off the ground. As if that wasn't enough, the heavy swing (they just don't make 'em like they used to) came back and caught the young child smack dab in the middle of his forehead. This would not have been such a big deal in and of itself. Boys will be boys, right? However, Alexander began displaying severe signs of mental damage after that day. He began showing increasing displays of violent behavior. This was due to the fact that when he got cracked on the head with the swing, it damaged his frontal cortex. This part of the brain controls impulses regulations and tendencies toward violence. Here's the thing. The Frontal Cortex would also be where the third eye is located. Sure it doesn't actually ever develop into any eye, but severe head trauma has been linked to openings in psychic abilities and other magical, mystical acquisitions of powers and abilities. This is what happened to Alexander. He claims that his rage was spurred by his grandfather's death. His grandfather is the one that cared for him after he "went crazy". His mother tried to put him in a school for disabled learners, but that didn't go over so well. Alex had a habit of being bullied wherever he went. On top of that, he was coping with the fact that he could now also see the dead, which was a side effect of bumping his head when he was as a youngling. He didn't really know how to process all this, but he realized one thing. That one thing was that when he did finally manage to sort out the fact that he was seeing dead people-- because he didn't realize right away-- he also found out that he was able to draw a sort of energy from them. It is a sort of residual life energy that hangs on to spirits that have never cross over. Here's the simple truth. He once told authorities that murder for him was like food for normal people. Some people get hungry. He craves murder. However, it wasn't the act of the murder that he craved. He craved the energies and powers that he could feed off of when he killed somebody. Thus, he kept on killing. He used these energies to create magic for himself that he has continued to use to this day. The spiritual energies were placed in a piece that he carries with him. While his physical body may be incarcerated in Russia, this serves no boundaries for his astral being.
